Talk to the people on the floor. CALL
DSH LIMITED answers enquiries about leases, rack suites and hands windows from the desk at 24 Felstead Road, Waltham Cross - EN8 7HB, United Kingdom (GB). A short note with the compute shape and the date you need is enough to start. If a machine is already down, call the floor number first and send the ticket reference by email.
Review the service schedule first →Tell us what you need to run
Include the compute class, the disk shape, the traffic expectation and the date the machine should be live. If you are already a client and a unit has failed, put the ticket reference in the subject line and call the floor number as well.
Questions the desk hears most
A standard metal lease is live within a few working days of the written schedule being agreed. The unit has to be racked, labelled, cabled into the loom and checked at the aisle face, and the handover window is booked once those checks pass.
Yes. Supervised visits are booked through the desk so that an engineer is present. You can watch a swap, check labels or photograph the aisle face. Work inside a private suite is yours to perform during the window, provided the floor engineer is on hand.
Clients holding a hands agreement reach the on-call line by phone. The call opens a ticket, and if a spare part is in the on-site crate the swap visit is scheduled immediately. Otherwise the replacement is booked in at the door as soon as it arrives.
Need the written schedule before deciding
Ask for a schedule and we will send the unit specification, the circuit plan, the addressing note and the handover date in one document.
